These Terms & Conditions apply to customers who purchase products from Mickey Cohen Motorsports, use our website, visit our physical location, have their motorcycle serviced or modified by us, or participate in our SMS/text messaging program.

By purchasing products or services from Mickey Cohen Motorsports or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Online Store

Mickey Cohen Motorsports sells aftermarket motorcycle parts, accessories, riding gear, apparel, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, product descriptions, photographs, availability, and compatibility information. Errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or cancel an order when necessary.

2. Product Fitment & Compatibility

Many products sold by Mickey Cohen Motorsports are designed for specific motorcycle years, makes, models, engines, or configurations.

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before installation unless Mickey Cohen Motorsports has specifically confirmed fitment for the customer's motorcycle.

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before purchasing or installing the product.

3. Shipping

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Mickey Cohen Motorsports is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Mickey Cohen Motorsports Return Policy.

Products may not qualify for return after they have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or otherwise made ineligible under our Return Policy.

Certain special-order, custom, electrical, electronic, tuning, or clearance products may have additional return restrictions where permitted by law.

5. Motorcycle Service

Mickey Cohen Motorsports provides motorcycle maintenance, repair, installation, diagnostic, tuning, and performance services.

Service estimates are based on the condition of the motorcycle and information reasonably available when the estimate is prepared.

Additional issues may be discovered during service. When practical and required, we will obtain customer authorization before performing additional work beyond the approved scope.

6. Performance Modifications

Mickey Cohen Motorsports specializes in aftermarket and high-performance motorcycles.

Performance modifications can change a motorcycle's horsepower, torque, acceleration, handling, braking, reliability, noise, emissions characteristics, fuel economy, maintenance requirements, and overall riding characteristics.

Performance modifications may also affect manufacturer or third-party warranties.

Customers are responsible for safely operating and maintaining motorcycles after modifications have been performed.

7. Racing, Competition & Off-Road Products

Certain products or modifications may be intended exclusively for racing, competition, closed-course, show, or off-road applications.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product or modification is legal for their intended use and jurisdiction.

Mickey Cohen Motorsports does not represent that every performance product sold through our business is legal for street use in every jurisdiction.

8. Emissions Compliance

Certain aftermarket products and performance modifications may be regulated by federal, state, or local emissions requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased or installed are appropriate and lawful for their intended application.

Mickey Cohen Motorsports reserves the right to decline the sale, installation, or modification of products when necessary to comply with applicable requirements.

9. Dyno Tuning & Performance Results

Performance results vary between motorcycles.

Horsepower, torque, throttle response, and other results may depend on engine condition, modifications, fuel, environmental conditions, component selection, and motorcycle configuration.

Unless expressly provided in writing, Mickey Cohen Motorsports does not guarantee a particular horsepower, torque, or performance result.

10. Customer-Supplied Parts

Mickey Cohen Motorsports may choose to install customer-supplied parts.

We cannot guarantee the condition, authenticity, compatibility, quality, or performance of parts supplied by a customer.

Additional labor charges may apply when customer-supplied components create installation complications.

11. Product Warranties

Products sold by Mickey Cohen Motorsports may carry warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's individual warranty terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Mickey Cohen Motorsports does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law or specifically provided by Mickey Cohen Motorsports in writing.

12. Motorcycle Safety

Motorcycling and high-performance motorcycle operation involve inherent risks.

Performance upgrades may substantially change how a motorcycle accelerates, handles, brakes, or responds to rider input.

Customers are responsible for operating their motorcycles safely, using appropriate protective equipment, properly maintaining their motorcycles, and complying with applicable laws.

13. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Mickey Cohen Motorsports uses SMS/text messaging for conversational, informational/customer care, and appointment-related communications.

Customers may verbally opt in to receive SMS messages during a phone conversation or in person with a Mickey Cohen Motorsports representative.

SMS messages may include responses to customer inquiries, order updates, shipping updates, motorcycle service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, estimates, service-related information, and motorcycle pickup notifications.
