Designed for riders with 2023.5 or newer Harley CVO ST models, this upgrade replaces the factory drive-line gearing with select Harley-Davidson components to reduce engine RPM at sustained freeway speeds.

The factory Harley CVO ST gearing delivers aggressive acceleration off the line, but its shorter gearing can leave the engine running at unnecessarily high RPM during highway riding. Mickey’s upgrade uses a two-tooth-larger OEM countershaft sprocket paired with the proper Screaming Eagle belt. This revised gearing is engineered to lower cruising RPM by approximately 500–600 RPM, depending on speed, motorcycle setup, and riding conditions.

With today’s high-torque 121 engines and performance-built Milwaukee-Eight motors, the Harley CVO ST already produces plenty of power at low RPM. Taller gearing allows riders to take advantage of that torque while creating a smoother, more comfortable freeway motorcycle.
